Sarbjit Story
Sarbjit is the life story of a Punjabi farmer named Sarabjit Singh (Randeep Hooda) and is a collection of his life moments which created huge buzz across the country. It is not the story we already know as it brings out many unknown facts from Sarbjit's life. A Punjabi farmer gets trapped in Pakistani and he will be forced to agree that he has convicted a crime that he never performed. It is his sister Dalbir Kaur (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) who fights for justice and the rest of the film is if the justice has been served. It is known that Sarbjit will be brought to his homeland but it unfortunately happens only after his demise. Watch this brutal and heart breaking film on main screen to know how it happened.
Sarbjit Analysis :
The first half of the movie starts on an interesting note revealing about a Punjabi family and the sudden sequences that alter the entire situations of the family. The director made sure that he has taken all the important aspects of Sarbjit's life that happened in 23 years. The unnerving story of a farmer has been exceptionally presented and the songs match the film’s mood completely. On the whole the complete first half is a treat and will surprise the audience several times.
The second half of the movie has huge dose of emotions and the realistic episodes have been stupendously narrated on screen. Though Sarbjit's role has been restricted to the four walls of the jail, they reveal many emotions and Randeep has done wonders with his exceptional performance throughout. The technical aspects along with Aishwarya Rai’s fearless performance takes the film to the next level. The heart touching and brutal climax needs a special mention and Sarbjit is the best work of Omung Kumar till date. To say the complete second half has been narrated in the best gripping and engaging way.
