Jaya Janaki Nayaka is the story of Gagan (Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas) who loves his family a lot and goes to any level for them. He is well bonded with his father Chakravarthy (Sarath Kumar) and brother (Nandu). It is during this time, he meets Sweety (Rakul Preet Singh) and soon they fall for each other. Jaya Janaki Nayaka has been racy throughout the first half and Boyapati doesn’t miss his mark throughout. Rakul Preet Singh tops the show and the entire story revolves around her. The film turns interesting once the real plot unfolds. Couple of songs have been shot well and the interval episodes have been extremely convincing. On the whole the first half of Jaya Janaki Nayaka has been impressive.

The second half looks dragged at times but Boyapati manages to maintain the tempo throughout. The songs have been shot well and the action episodes are said to be the major highlights of Jaya Janaki Nayaka. The climax will leave you in goose bumps and on the whole, the second half of Jaya Janaki Nayaka is sure impressive though it is predictable and dips down at times.

Bellamkond Sai Sreenivas strikes hard with his dance moves and his screen presence. He needs to work a lot on his expressions soon to make it big in Tollywood. Rakul Preet Singh has been outstanding and is a show stealer for sure. She has been showcased in two different variations and she did them with ease. Jagapathi Babu and Sarath Kumar are the other highlights of Jaya Janaki Nayaka and they strike hard with their performances.

The story of Jaya Janaki Nayaka has been interesting but it is predictable. Some of the twists are predictable and Boyapati did not give a miss for action and entertainment along with the family emotions on which the movie has been banked on. The music and the cinematography are the other highlights of Jaya Janaki Nayaka. The film has been made on a lavish budget and Boyapati Sreenu manages to stand strong with his narration skills.
