Akhil's Second Project Confirmed

It was Akhil Akkineni who made up with his debut movie Akhil between huge expectations but the movie failed to entertain the audience. The movie has been directed by sensational director VV Vinayak and the movie ended as the biggest debacle in Tollywood in the recent times. However Akhil received wide response for his acting skills and dance movements.

After a shocking debacle like Akhil, Nagarjuna and Akhil were left in shock and they decided not to take a chance with his second movie. Though there were number of top directors in race, none of them have been finalized for the film.

Nagarjuna worked with Vamshi Paidipally for Oopiri and he was completely impressed with the film’s response. Though they watched the film in a special screening before the film’s release, Nagarjuna and Akhil wanted to take a call only after the film’s release. Oopiri released last Friday and the movie ended up as the biggest hits in the recent times.

Vamshi Paidipally is now working on the script of the film which will be finalized soon. Nagarjuna and Akhil voted for Vamshi to direct his second film. PVP Cinema is expected to produce the movie.
