Happy Ending gets U/A with Deletions

As the name suggests, it is a Happy Ending for the movie Happy Ending from the censor board. The movie has completed the censor formalities and it has been awarded U/A certificate. However the movie has been given some deletions, Saif who plays a writer in the movie will not be able to say the work naked in the film. As per the sources, there is a dialogue “I love naked girls in my bedroom” and the word naked has been muted by the Censor board. Naked may not be a dirty word. But the explicit expletives 'a.shole' and 'f..kers' are definitely a no-show in a film open to kids accompanied by adults. 

Raj Nidimoru the co-director of Happy Ending says he is baffled rather than amused by some of the censorial alteration. Speaking about this Raj says “I don’t understand why naked is considered wrong. How else can we describe the condition of being naked?”. Also there have been cuts for in a scene in which Saif and Ileana play strip poker. The sequence had some minor cuts and Raj said Ileana was wearing layers of clothes. Saif Ali Khan and Ileana played the main leads, Govinda and Kalki Koechlin played the other important roles. The movie has been directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna Dk which is slated for release on November 21st.
