Kamal’s Biography Citizen K

Kamal Haasan is undoubtedly the best actor of South Indian Cinema and he has been awarded national award multiple times. Kamal is multi talented and he is a writer, director and producer. He has proved a lot with his abilities and Kamal has many things to tell about his career. A chronicle about his art and contribution for cinema has been ready and it has been titled as Citizen K. The biography has been penned by film maker and journalist Hariharan who has travelled with Kamal over years and an admirer of Kamal.

The biography focuses only about the film life of Kamal Haasan. Speaking on this Kamal said “Those who expect to know some juicy facts about my personal life will sure be disappointed as it is completely about my cinema life. Citizen K is purely about my work and the book is purely work oriented. I am not interested in an autobiography as it hurts many people. Hence I opposed myself to write an autobiography. However as this is completely about my work for cinema, I accepted with Hariharan”. Kamal has wrapped up the shoot of three films Vishwaroopam 2, Papanasam and Uttama Villan which will release soon.
