Siddharth Malhotra’s Martial Arts

Sidharth Malhotra  is one of the promising young actors of Bollywood. He has done movies which suit him and he has received very good appreciation for his films. Sidharth Malhotra has recently learned Martial Arts for his latest movie Brothers has completed the shoot for the movie. However Sidharth has been practicing it as fitness regime even after the completion of the movie. He learned mixed martial arts which are a full contact combat sports and he feels it’s a very excellent form of exercise and workout.

 

He says “Mixed Martial Arts is an intense and fast paced regime which conditions your full body. I have learnt it for my film and want to continue practicing it as my regular fitness regime:. He is banking massively on weight lifting and martial arts to get the chiseled physique desired for Brothers. Sidharth Malhotra  has also gained 8 kilos of muscle weight for the movie.
