Aamir Khan Prepones Dangal

Mr Perfect Aamir Khan has been facing tough times all over with his unusual comments on Intolerant India. He has been maintaining low profile and his well wishers suggested him not to make public appearance for some time.

He is currently shooting for his upcoming movie titled Dangal and the shoot of the film is currently going on in and around Punjab. Nitesh Tiwari is directing the film and Aamir will be seen as a wrestler in the movie. Dangal is about the life story of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained his daughters Babita Kumari, Geeta Phogat and they went on to end winning gold and silver medals in 2010 Commonwealth games.

Aamir usually plans his films to release during Christmas and Dangal too has been slated for Christmas release initially. Now the latest news reveals that the movie has been preponed. Aamir Khan surprised his team revealing that the movie will hit the screens during Independence Day weekend as the movie is a patriotic film. Aamir felt as the movie strongly shows the love for the nation, Independence Day would be the best time.

Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra will be seen in the other prominent roles in the movie. Dangal will now hit the screens on August 12^th and the movie is being produced by Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao and Siddarth Roy Kapoor on Aamir Khan Productions and UTV Motion Pictures. Dangal will lock horns with Hrithik Roshan’s Mohenjo Daro and Akshay Kumar’s Rustom.
