Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar is known for wrapping up his films in quick succession. The actor scored massive hits in the recent years and he is one among the highest paid actors of Indian cinema. He wrapped up his part for Robo 2.0 in the direction of Shankar in which Rajinikanth is playing the lead role. The actor is busy shooting for his next film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha which is said to be a social drama. Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the movie has been aimed for Independence Day release.

The film is a satirical comedy film about PM Narendra Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, a governmental campaign to improve the sanitation conditions in India, with emphasis on the reduction of open defecation in public areas, especially in the rural areas of India. As per the latest news, the theatrical trailer of Toilet: Ek Prem Katha will be out on June 11th and is being produced by Akshay Kumar, Neeraj Pandey jointly. Akshay Kumar, Bhumi Pednekar, Anupam Kher and Divyendu Sharma are the lead actors in the movie. Toilet: Ek Prem Katha has been planned for August 11th release this year.
