Piku to have a Sequel

Big B Amitabh Bachchan along with leading actress Deepika Padukone has created a magic at the box-office with their latest movie Piku. The movie received exceptional response from the audience and the makers of the movie along with the lead actors expressed their happiness about the result of the movie. Shoojit Sircar who earlier helmed movies like Vicky Donor and Madras Café directed the movie and Irrfan Khan played the other important and leading role in the movie. Piku discusses about the relation between an obessed father and his daughter.

Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone lived up in the characters which elevated the film. The movie minted huge money all over the world and is continuing its dream run in spite of other releases. The makers are now in plans for a sequel as per the latest update. The idea of sequel is in initial stage and Shoojit Sircar will confirm the news soon once it will be official. Piku has been produced by NP Singh, Ronnie Lahari and Sneha Rajani on MSM Motion Pictures, Saraswati Entertainment Creations Limited and Rising Sun Films.
