Versatile actress Vidya Balan made a debut with traditional touch after which she made a transformation into glamorous roles. She got married to producer Siddarth Roy Kapoor and she has been selective with her movies.

She has been last seen in Emraan Hashmi’s Hamaari Adhuri Kahaani which has been directed by Mohit Suri. The latest news is that she will be seen as a sex worker in her next upcoming project. The movie has been titled as Begun Jaan and is an adaptation of a Bengali movie Rajkahani.

Vidya will be seen in the title role as the madam of the brothel in the film which is set in the backdrop of 1947 and is about 11 women living in a brothel house. The movie will start rolling in June and the other details will be revealed soon.
