Raman Raghav 2.0 Analysis :
The movie lacks a well written story and it has been much concentrated on too much of realistic incidents which keep the film low despite of some stupendous performances by the lead actors. The first half of Raman Raghav 2.0 has been stupendous and the performances along with the serial killing episodes make the film much interesting. On the whole the first half has been decent and interesting.
The second half of the film has nothing much to reveal as the characters have been well defined and narrated completely during the first half. The film lacks pace due to unwanted episodes and the back to back murders kill the interest among the audience. The film fails to create a captivating experience and it will just appeal to a section of audience who are completely interested in realistic dramas.
Raman Raghav 2.0 Performance :
Nawazuddin Siddiqui leaves our jaws hanging throughout his presence. He completely dominated the movie and he is the apt choice for the role and he brought out the best from him. Vicky Kaushal played a cop and he did complete justice from his behalf. He has been flair and angry throughout the film. Sobhita Dhulipala has been glamorous and impressive. All the other actors have been decent with their performances.
The story of the film has been taken from the realistic incidents of a serial killer. Anurag Kashyap penned it in his style which may not be accepted by everyone but the screenplay has been decent and so are the dialogues. The music and the background score elevated the film completely and the cinematography has been outstanding. The production values have been lavish and grand enough. Anurag Kashyap fails to keep the audience engaging with his craft.
Final Word:
Raman Raghav 2.0 has terrific performances by Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vicky Kaushal, but the bad execution kills the film's flavour completely.
