Jai Gangaajal Censor Talk

Talented actress Priyanka Chopra has been busy with her Hollywood outing Quantico from the past six months and none of her films released recently except Bajirao Mastani in which she essayed a crisp role. Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed the film and Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone played the lead roles.

Priyanka wrapped up the shoot of Jai Gangaajal some time ago which is said to be an action entertainer. Prakash Jha directed the film which is said to be the sequel of his past super hit film Gangaajal which released in 2003 and featured Ajay Devgn in the lead role.

The recently released theatrical trailer of Jai Gangaajal has created ripples all over and is one of the most awaited films. Prakash Jha had differences with the members of the censor board as they advised 11 cuts and suggested ‘A’ certificate. With nothing much to do, he approached the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal (FCAT) which awarded U/A certificate with two changes.

Prakash Jha was happy with the decision of FCAT and he accepted their decision. Jai Gangaajal has been produced by Prakash Jha Productions which will hit the screens all over on March 4^th this year. Priyanka will be seen as SP Abha Mathur who will be appointed as the SP of Bankipur in Bihar.
