Bollywood’s Mr Perfect Aamir Khan is undoubtedly the top actor of Indian cinema. His last outing Dangal has been a massive hit which is said to be a sports biopic. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal is all about the life story of Haryana based wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat. Aamir essayed the lead roled and he beefed up a lot for the film. Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra played other crucial roles in the movie. Dangal released during Christmas last year and it collected Rs 800 crores worldwide in its final run. Aamir Khan has been delighted with the film’s response and he wanted the film to have a wide release in China.

After promoting it all over China, Aamir managed to release the film in record number of screens in the country during summer. The film received unusual response and it raked huge figures all over. Running with packed houses, Dangal in China alone crossed the worldwide collections of the film. Dangal is now officially the first Rs 2000 crore Indian film. According to a report by Forbes, on its 53rd day, Dangal made Rs 2.5 crore ($390,000) at the China box office taking its total to Rs 2000 crore. Aamir Khan Productions produced the movie and the whole team of Dangal has been left in delight with the movie’s performance in China.
