Rajinikanth is fine

Since yesterday, rumours are mulling that Superstar Rajinikanth collapsed in the sets of Lingaa and was rushed to nearest hospital in Hyderabad. However, Rajini's dearest friend and director of Lingaa movie slammed the reports and added they are baseless news. Fans who first heard about rumour were shocked but after Ravi Kumar's statement, they calmed down.

“Early in the day, rumors started making rounds in the famous tamil news daily that Super star #Rajinikanth had fallen sick while shooting for his upcoming film #Lingaa. The news is false & Baseless " Mr.#Rajinikanth is hale and hearty ; very much happily active in the shooting and the news published are absolutely false ones,” posted Ravi Kumar in his Facebook page. 

Lingaa shooting is currently progressing at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty are the female leads while AR Rahman is rendering music.
