Ross Taylor waiting for Rajini’s Lingaa

Rajini's most recent fan seems to be none other than New Zealand cricketer and Delhi Daredevils's player Ross Taylor. A recent exchange between the cricketer and his Delhi Daredevils teammate Dinesh Karthik brought this fact to light. When the motion poster of Lingaa was released recently, Dinesh, who is from Chennai and clearly a fan of Rajini, tweeted, "This will definitely be a first day first show movie”.
To this, Ross Taylor responded saying, "@DineshKarthik one of the greats :). Hope your well mate. (sic)" The conversation between the two went on with Dinesh asking Ross to keep himself free to watch Thalaivar on the big screen. "@RossLTaylor Yes, I'm doing good Ross, good to hear from you and please keep yourself free for Thailavar Rajnikanth's movie." To this, Taylor responded, "@DineshKarthik family are good thanks. Lock me in when I'm over next. Will go watch. Can't wait :)" (sic). Rajinikanth’s Lingaa will release on December 12th.
