Uttama Villan movie Updates

Kamal Haasan has wrapped up the shoot of Uttama Villan and the movie has been currently in post production stage. The initial release of the movie has been planned to be October 2nd but the makers have moved the film to Kamal Haasan’s birthday November 7th. Now the movie release has been shifted to 2015 as per the latest update. The film has been directed by Kannada and Tamil actor and director Ramesh Aravind who happened to be a close friend of Kamal Haasan.
Kamal Haasan is currently busy shooting for Papanasam which is a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Drishyam and the movie has been directed by Jeethu Joseph who directed the original version. Uttama Villain is the joint production venture of Lingusamy's Thirrupathi Brothers and Kamal's Raaj Kamal Films banner. Uttama Villan will have a simultaneous release in Tamil and Telugu. Kamal Haasan has penned the script of the film. Pooja Kumar, Jayaram, Andrea, Parvathi, Nasser, Urvashi and Parvathy Nair will be seen in other important roles. Music of the film has been composed by Gibran.
