Rajini’s Robo 2 In 3D

Superstar Rajinikanth is currently struggling to score a commercial hit and his last impressive film was Robo which smashed all the existing records in South Indian cinema. After a series of debacles, he has given his nod for a script narrated by Shankar and the movie is said to be a sequel for Robo. Titled as Robo 2, the movie is in pre production stages. Shankar is working hard on the script of the movie and he is taking care of the extensive graphics involved in the movie. Srinivas Mohan, VFX specialist who worked for Robo and Baahubali is working with Shankar currently. \

As per the latest news, the movie will be launched officially on December 12^th on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday. The regular shoot of the movie will start from the last week of January once Rajini wraps his work for Kabali in the direction of Ranjith PA. Robo 2 will be converted into 3D and the movie will be made on a budget of Rs 240 crores. AR Rahman will compose the music for the sequel and Lyca Productions who produced Vijay’s Kaththi will produce the movie. Robo will complete shoot and will hit the screens during October next year.
