1. Immunity
Vitamin C in Onions, is the essential component in building up the immunity.
2. Blood Sugar
Compounds like Chromium in Onions, supports in keeping the sugar levels in check.
3. Heart Disease
Consuming raw onions with food, increases the production of good fats, which helps in keeping the heart healthy and also the cholesterol level in check.

4. Insomnia
Four tablespoons of onion juice help in dealing with insomnia.
5. Problem while Urinating
Boil litre water, mixing 50gms of Onion in it and add honey, after it completes boiling. Consuming 2 tablespoons for 3 days would clear all the urinary problems such as pain, while passing urine and so on.
