Buzz has it that director Gunasekhar is planning to make a splash this Dasara with the first teaser of his upcoming magnum opus Rudhramadevi. The film's shooting was recently wrapped up and the filmmakers are busy wrapping up the post production work. Sources in the film's unit indicate that the filmmaker is planning to release the first teaser of the movie as a Dasara gift to cash in on the festive mood.

 

Anushka is playing the female lead in the period drama based on the life of the 13th century Kakatiya queen Rudrama Devi. The film is tipped to be India's first Steroscopic 3D film. Techinicans from Hollywood have been roped in to work on the movie. The filmmakers are planning to release the movie in December. Rana Daggubati is playing the role of Chalukya Veerabhadra, Prince of Nidavardhya Puram while Allu Arjun is playing the role of Gona Gannareddy in the movie. More updates about the project soon.
