Baahubali : The Most Expensive Film

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali has been creating huge sensation all over from the day the shoot of the film started. The theatrical trailer has brought national recognition for the movie which is slated for release all over in July. Prabhas and Rana played the main leads in the movie as the warrior brothers who fight for an ancient Indian kingdom. Anushka and Tamannah played the female leads in the movie. There are rumours that the movie has been made on a budget of over Rs 180 crores and Baahubali has been made in two parts.

As per the latest update, Baahubali : The Beginning has completed shoot and the second part of the movie completed 30% of shoot. With the second part left for shoot, sources say that the total budget of the movie will be around Rs 250 crores which is highest for any Indian film till date. More than 2000 extras have been used to shoot the war sequences and thousands of dressed soldiers have been utilized. The first part is currently in post production and MM Keeravani composed the music. Baahubali : The Beginning will complete all the formalities and will release all over in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam on July 10th. The second part will have its release for summer next year.
