Baahubali Pre Release Business

Baahubali is the name that is heard more all over the country in the recent times. The movie has been shot for over two years and top director SS Rajamouli carved out this project. Prabhas, Anushka, Rana and Tamannah played the lead roles in this epic drama which has been slated for a massive release. MM Keeravani is the music composer and Sabu Cyril is the art director. KK Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer and Srinivas Mohan designed the graphics. Prasad Devineni and Shobu Yarlagadda are producing Baahubali on Arka Media Works banner.

Baahubali has done a terrific pre release business all over in all the languages of its release. Baahubali is releasing all over in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam in record number of theatres. The movie has done an overall business of Rs 123.6 crores in the theatrical release in all the languages. The Telugu satellite rights of the movie have been sold for Rs 16 crores and the Tamil, Hindi satellite rights have been sold for Rs 10 crores each. The Malayalam satellite rights have fetched Rs 60 lakhs and the audio rights in all the languages have brought the makers Rs 2.4 crores. On the whole Baahubali has done a pre release business of Rs 162 crore before the release which is huge.
