Rajinkanth’s Next Updates

Superstar Rajinikanth has not started shooting for any film this year. His last movie Lingaa ended as a huge debacle at the box-office and the buyers tasted huge losses for the movie. KS Ravikumar directed the movie and Rockline Venkatesh produced Lingaa. Rajini has signed his next film in the direction of young director Ranjith Pa. He earlier directed critically acclaimed Attakathi and Madras. Rajini’s decision surprised everyone as he has signed a movie in the direction of young director who is just two films old.

The movie is in final stages of shoot and the movie has been rumored to be titled as Mudhalamaichar: The Legend. Though there is no official confirmation regarding the title, we have to wait for the news. The regular shoot of the film will start from the first week of August and the heroine, other cast are now being finalized. Santhosh Narayanan will compose the music for the movie and Kalaipuli S Thanu will produce the movie on V Creations banner. The movie will complete shoot and will release all over in the first half of 2016.
