Karthikeya satellite rights sold out

Nikhi – Swathi starrer Karthikeya created good buzz post release of the trailer and audio. The latest news is that Gemini TV has acquired the satellite rights of this  suspense thriller for 1.4  crores. This is a decent price  for a medium budget film says the trade analysts.

Karthikeya is a bilingual film that has been directed by newcomer Chandoo Mondeti and it will have Swathi as the heroine. The subject revolves around a temple and its ancient legend and a lot of graphics work was involved for these scenes. Nikhil and Swathi are paired again after the blockbuster Swamy Ra Ra. The movie is expected to release on September 8th.
