DSP Turns Actor

Rocking Star and music composer Devi Sri Prasad is leading the chart of music directors in Tollywood and Kollywood. He is quite busy with back to back films in his career and all his music albums released this year have been chartbusters. He caught the attention of the Tollywood makers with his rocking performances during the audio events and many top producers like Allu Aravind and Ashwini Dutt suggested him to make his debut as an actor but Devi denied the opportunities. However the time has arrived now and he will soon don the makeup and face the camera.

After things have finalized, top producer Dil Raju revealed that he is introducing Devi Sri Prasad as actor and the surprise is that talented director Sukumar will direct the movie. Sukumar is currently working on the script and the movie will start rolling once he wraps up the work for NTR’s Nannaku Prematho. Rathnavelu will handle the cinematography. The genre of the script has not been revealed but Devi Sri Prasad is expected to play Rockstar in the movie. Devi is currently composing music for Nannaku Prematho and Sardar Gabbar Singh which will release next year.
