Venkatesh - Maruthi Film Gets a Title

Victory Venkatesh has become quite selective with his future projects. He has been listening to scripts but he has not been completely impressed which made him spend time listening to more scripts. There were rumors that directors like Dasaradh, Ravi Babu, Kranthi Madhav and Maruthi narrated stories to this versatile actor. After Gopala Gopala which released early this year, Venky has not started shooting for his next movie. He has signed his next film in the direction of Maruthi which is said to be a family entertainer. The movie has completed all the pre-production formalities.

The makers have considered four titles for the film but ‘Bangaru Babu’ has been confirmed and Venky will be seen as a funny cop in the movie. The movie will be launched officially on December 16^th in Hyderabad and Nayanathara will be seen in the female lead. Ghibraan will compose the music and the regular shoot of Bangaru Babu will start from the first week of January next year. Suryadevara Vamsi will produce Bangaru Babu on Sitara Entertainments banner and Bangaru Babu will have its release post summer in 2016.
