Mega Prince Varuntej is one of the finest actors in Telugu cinema. After widely lauded for his film Kanche, the actor is shooting for Srinu Vaitla’s Mister which will hit the screens during summer this year. Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel are the female leads in the film. Varun also started shooting for Fidaa in the direction of Sekhar Kammula and Sai Pallavi is the female lead in the film. Both the films will hit the screens during this year and the actor has a huge lineup of films.

Varuntej will next shoot for a romantic entertainer which will be directed by Venky Atluri, a debutant who acted as one of the leads in Sneha Geetham. The female lead and the other cast, crew are currently being finalized and the regular shoot of the film will start from April this year. Top producer BVSN Prasad will bankroll the project and the makers came out with an official announcement on the eve of Varuntej’s birthday. It was Dil Raju initially who planned the film however BVSN Prasad bagged the project later.
