The shooting for Pawan Kalyan's Gopala Gopala is currently progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad. Some crucial scenes are now being shot on Pawan Kalyan and Venkatesh. According to the latest update, talented actress Madhu Shalini has been roped in for an all important role. Reports reveal that she will be playing the role of a journalist.

Madhu Shalini has tested her luck several times in Telugu films but she has never tasted success. Even she has been roped for item numbers which got her good name but not recognition. Gopala Gopala is the remake of the Bollywood super hit film ‘Oh My God’ Venkatesh will be playing the role of a middle class man, while Pawan Kalyan will be seen as Lord Krishna. Shriya will be seen as Venkatesh’s wife. The film has been slated to be released for January 2015.
