Nagarjuna’s Mythri

Akkineni Nagarjuna has been careful in selecting the scripts as some of his recent movies ended as debacles at the box-office. He is currently shooting for Soggade Chinni Naayana in the direction of debutant Kalyan Krishna and the shoot of the movie is currently going on in Bengaluru. Ramya Krishna and Lavanya Tripathi are the heroines in the movie and Nagarjuna is producing the movie on Annapurna Studios banner. He has also started shooting for his next film with Karthi in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally.

Nagarjuna has recently watched a Kannada movie Mythri during the shoot of Soggade Chinni Naayana and he has given his approval for the movie. GK will make his debut as director with this movie and the script work of the movie is currently on. Mohanlal and Puneeth Rajkumar played the main leads in Mythri which has a strong social message. Srikanth’s son Roshan will play an important role in the movie and as per the update, Nagarjuna may reprise the role of Puneeth in the movie and the regular shoot of the film will start once Nag wraps up his current commitments.
