Telugu Films Trending

As per the analytics, the most number of films produced in India belong to Telugu and is leading with 349 films during the season of April 2013 - March 2014. Tamil is just behind Telugu with 326 films and Hindi movies have maintained a constant third position with 263 movies. The total number of films released during this season have been 1966. Last year, 1724 movies have been released and Tamil has been leading with 292 movies, Telugu with 280 and Hindi remained with 255 movies. The success rate in Telugu Film Industry has been gradually falling down, however the number of films produced have been raising up leaving no surprise because the change in production values.

Because of the digital technology and new technicians who are passionate for movies available, the number count has been increasing and lot of low budget films have been made. Also because of the increasing satellite rights and expanding overseas market, many producers are making movies to recover their investments with the satellite rights or minting money overseas. With no surprise India remains the largest producer of films in the world and it’s proud to feel Telugu films on the top of the number list as well as the market share.
