Nagarjuna Movie Updates

Akkineni Nagarjuna has taken a healthy break after his previous film Bhai as solo hero. Though their family multi starrer Manam has hit the screens this year, Nagarjuna has not signed for any film after Bhai. He has been busy shooting for TV show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu which went on to be a huge hit and fetched the highest TRPs for a TV show ever. Now after the completion of the first series of the TV show, Nag has signed a movie and the regular shoot of the movie will start from November 15th as per the latest update. Nag will be seen in a dual role and Ramya Krishna, Sonal Chauhan will play the female leads in the movie.

The latest update is that the movie has been titled as Soggade Chinni Naayana and the movie will be directed by Kalyan Krishna who is making his debut as director. Nagarjuna always encourages new talent and there are rumors that Nag has been impressed with couple of scripts. Srinivas Avasarala who has made an impressive debut with Oohalu Gusagusaladey has narrated a script to Nag and he is yet to give a nod for that. Latest sensation Chandu Mondeti who directed Karthikeya revealed that he has written a script to Nag and he will narrate it to him soon. Let’s see if these movies shape up to go on to sets. Nagarjuna is also busy with the shoot of the second season of his TV show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu. More updates soon.
