Akkineni young actor Akhil Akkineni failed to score a hit with his debut movie Akhil and it ended as one of the biggest duds in Tollywood. He has been badly depressed with the film’s result and he turned quite careful about his second. He has been in hunt for scripts and he took over a year to lock his next. He finally signed a film in the direction of Vikram Kumar who impressed the audience with Manam. The movie is said to be a fresh love story and the pre-production work of the film is currently in final stages.

As per the latest news, the movie will be launched formally on December 12th in Hyderabad and the regular shoot of the film will start from January 2017. The movie’s cast and crew are currently being finalized and Annapurna Studios will produce the film. The makers are taking enough care on the script and Akhil is quite confident on the film. The actor will get engaged to his girlfriend Shriya Bhupal in a lavish event on December 9th in Hyderabad. Akhil’s second movie will release during the second half of 2017.
