Official: Savitri Biopic Announced

Mahanati Savitri biopic has been in talks from the past few years. Though the plans have been on none of them have been successful. Now young director Nag Ashwin is busy with the work of the project. He worked on the script for over two years and researched a lot about her. On the eve of Women’s Day, the makers unveiled the official poster of the film.
Keerthy Suresh will play the title role as Mahanati and Samantha will be seen in other crucial role narrating the story. The movie will be launched officially soon and the regular shoot will follow. The makers are spending huge money on the movie and erected massive sets. Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinema are jointly bankrolling the project. Mahanati is all set to release next year during summer.
