Salman Khan to Romance Katrina

Bollywood Bhai Salman Khan had a fabulous year with back to back blockbusters. All his movies Kick, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo ended up collecting huge money across the world. Bajrangi Bhaijaan directed by Kabir Khan is the biggest hit of Salman Khan till date and the movie minted Rs 700 crores worldwide making its place as the second highest Indian grosser. He is currently shooting for his next movie titled Sultan and the film is currently in its second schedule. Abbas Ali Zaffar is directing the film in which Salman will play a wrestler in the movie.

The makers have been struggling to finalize the female lead in the movie from sometime. Though they have considered names like Deepika Padukone, Parineeti Chopra and Kriti Sanon, they zeroed none of them. The latest news is that Salman’s ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif has been roped in to play the female lead. Salman and Katrina met at YRF Studios today and spend almost for 2 hours discussing about the script and the possibilities of Katrina to play the female lead. Abbas Ali Zaffar directed Katrina Kaif in Meri Brother Ki Dulhan earlier. Aditya Chopra is producing Sultan on Yash Raj Films banner which will release all over during Eid this year.
