The Government of India announced the winners list of the 64th National Awards for all those who contributed their best for Indian cinema. Sonam Kapoor’s Neerja has been awarded as the Best Film and Akshay Kumar is the best actor for the film Rustom. Surabhi Lakshmi is the best actress and Rajesh Mapuskar has been awarded the best director. Here is the complete list:
