Abhishek Bachchan in a Biopic

It pouring season for biopics in Bollywood now. After super successes like Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and Mary Kom Bollywood film makers and actors are keen and showing interest in biopics. Sushant Singh Rajput is now getting trained for a biopic on Indian Cricket Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The shoot of the film will start early in 2015 and the movie will be directed by Neeraj Pandey. After Sushant, it’s the turn for Abhishek now. Abhishek Bachchan has been very interested in making a film on Yuvraj Singh who struggled in his life and won against cancer.

The latest update is that Abhishek Bachchan will soon be seen in a biopic on Yuvraj Singh. The things have been still in initial stages to reveal but all the things will be finalized soon. The movie will be based on the book Test Of My Life which has been written by Yuvraj explaining the good and bad about his life. The book talks about his journey and his battle with cancer. The update is that Abhishek has promised Yuvraj that the next time he meets Yuvraj Singh, he will be talking about the movie and purchasing the rights of the book. Abhishek is currently busy promoting his latest movie Happy New Year which stars Sharukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. Abhishek will also be seen in All Is Well in the direction of Umesh Shukla.
