Saif in a South Remake

Bollywood is famous in remaking successful South films into Hindi for spinning huge money at the box-office. Many movies have been successful and proved this concept. Now Saif has signed for a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Drishyam. The movie which stars Mohanlal and Meena has turned out to be a blockbuster. The movie has been remade into Telugu with the same name starring Venkatesh which received the same result.
The latest update is that Saif has been roped up for this South blockbuster and Viamcom 18 Pictures has bought the remake rights of Drishyam. The director of the original, Jeethu Joseph has confirmed this news. Jeethu also confirmed that he will not direct the Hindi version. The interesting news is that Superstar Kamal Haasan is currently shooting for the Tamil version of Drishyam which is being directed by Jeethu Joseph. More details about Saif Ali Khan's movie soon.
