Vidya Balan’s Kahaani 2 on Cards

Super talented actress Vidya Balan slowed down in her career after Hamari Adhuri Kahani which has been declared as a debacle. She signed her next movie ‘Begum Jaan’ which will be directed by Mahesh Bhatt. The movie is an adaptation of Srijit Mukherji's Bengali film 'Rajkahini'.

She is currently shooting for TE3N in the direction of Sujoy Ghosh and she will be seen as a cop in the film. Big B Amitabh Bachchan is playing the lead role in the film. The film is currently in final stages of shoot and then Sujoy Ghosh will start shooting for Kahaani 2 which is the most awaited sequel of the country.

Though nothing much has been revealed about the plot, the regular shoot of the movie will start in Kolkata from March this year. Sujoy Ghosh and Kushal Kantilal Gada will produce the movie jointly on Boundscript Motion Pictures and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures banner. The movie will start where the first part of the movie ended.

Kahaani 2 has been aimed for March 2017 release and the entire movie will be shot in Kolkata. Vidya Balan will be seen as Vidya Bagchi in the film.
