Superstar Aamir Khan's latest poster from his upcoming film 'PK' has become the talk of the industry due to its innovative concept. In this unusual poster, Aamir has posed almost nude with only a tape recorder covering his bare essentials, but it also landed in legal trouble for hurting the sentiments of a Kanpur advocate.
However, it seems that director Rajkumar Hirani have been inspired by a similar poster of Portuguese musician Quim Barreiros. This poster was used by the musician to promote his single ‘Recebi um Convite (à casa da Jóquina)’ in 1973. Quim Barreiros is known as the Portuguese king of Pimba music.
Now, only Rajkumar is the right person to clear the doubt if this is a sheer coincidence or whether he was inspired by this poster. Aamir who is playing an alien in this political satire which also features Anushka Sharma along with Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjay Dutt in other key roles.
