Vijay's Kaththi in Trouble

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's movies have faced troubles pre release several times. Down back last year his film Thalaiva faced huge problems before its release and now his latest  movie Kaththi too is in such situation now. The movie has been facing problems from some time as the producers of the movie are related to Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapakse. Many social activists announced that they will not allow the movie to be screened in Tamil Nadu. The producers have tried to clear all these controversies by explaining the situations but failed. One of the political party leaders Velmurugan has been vehemently protesting against the release of Kaththi.

They say that it is not possible for the movie to be released.In the meantime, a meeting has been arranged between the Tamil groups, Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners' Association, exhibitors and distributors about the screening of the film. The makers are ready to release the movie all over the world if it doesn't release in Tamil Nadu. Samantha played the female lead in Kaththi and the movie has been directed by AR Murugadoss. The film has been produced by Lyca Productions.
