Who will star in Nimirnthu Nil Hindi remake - Aamir Khan or Ranveer Singh?

Despite 'Nimirnthu Nil' opening to lukewarm response at the box-office, it's maker Samuthirakani is keen on remaking the movie into other languages, including Hindi. And guess what? He wants to
rope in Aamir Khan or Ranveer Singh for the lead role, originally essayed by Jayam Ravi in the action thriller flick that hit the marque last week.

Talking about his plans to remake the movie in Hindi and Kannada, the director revealed his ambitious plan to cast Aamir Khan or Ranveer Singh in the role. Whether either of the actors will accept the role is a different story. Even if it's a no, Samuthirakani would remain undettered.

For the Kannada remake, he plans to cast superstar Puneet Rajkumar. Previously, the two had collaborated for 'Poraali' remake titled 'Yaare Koogadali'.

'Nimirnthu Nil' is the story of disciplined, righteous man who wages a battle against corruption. He exposes 147 corrupt government officials together with the media. What he gets in return of his brave act makes the crux of the story.

The movie starred Jayam Ravi, Amala Paul, Ragini Dwivedi and Sarath Kumar in important leads.
