Super talented director Mani Ratnam is a roll after a massive hit like OK Kanmani, he has been busy with his next project titled Kaatru Veliyidai. The movie features Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead roles. The epic love story has a huge dose of action laced throughout and Karthi will be seen as an army officer in the movie. The recently released teaser and the songs have been trending all over. Kaatru Veliyidai has been titled Cheliya in Telugu.

As per the latest news, Kaatru Veliyidai cleared all the censor formalities and the movie has been awarded clean U certificate. The audio of Kaatru Veliyidai will be released on March 20th in Chennai and is being composed by legendary music composer AR Rahman. Mani Ratnam produced Kaatru Veliyidai on Madras Talkies banner. Kaatru Veliyidai is all set for release on April 7th in Tamil and Telugu languages.
