5 Fruits to keep you cool in summer

Summer is one of the best seasons for the fruit lovers where you can find many varieties of fruits. As scorching summer makes you dehydrated, protect yourself by making dietary changes in your diet. Eat healthy, refreshing and effective fruits to keep you hydrated all day long. Here is the list of exotic fruits that must be consumed in summer.
Watermelon:
Watermelon is one of the best fruit that contains 92% water by weight. It helps to keep you hydrated and refreshed this summer. It has significant levels of Vitamin A, B6, C and lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. The beta carotene and Vitamin C instantly rejuvenates your body on a hot day. While selecting the fruit make sure to select the one that smells sweet and musky.
Grapes:
Grapes are one of the readily available fruits that can be consumed easily. They are excellent fruits that quench your thirst and satiate your hunger. Grapes of all colour offers many health benefits. They contain a variety of antioxidants and other polyphenols. The reservatrol present in it helps to power up weight loss, protects heart and mop up brain damaging plaques. They also act as best blood cleansers.
Oranges:
Oranges are excellent source of Vitamin C, thiamine and folate which provides natural UV protection and reduces the stress levels by enhancing the production of RBC in your body. Oranges are also loaded with beta-carotene, cryptoxanthin and lutein. These protect the eyes from macular degeneration and help keep away infections and cancers. It also alkalizes our body. Although they are acidic, the acidic minerals help to balance out the body after they are digested.
Kiwi:
Kiwi fruit is also known as gooseberry or Macaque peach. It is one of the delicious and nutritious food that must be consumed in summer as it offers unique cooling effect on the body. It is packed with vitamin E, Potassium and fiber. Also it is rich in vitamin C.
Guava:
Guava is often neglected by most of us due to its hard nature and presence of seeds. But it is one of tropical fruits rich in vitamin C, fiber and health benefiting phyto-nutrients. It also has capacity to treat diarrhea, dysentery, constipation, cough, cold, skin care, high blood pressure, weight loss and scurvy. Guava also contains copper, which helps in the production and absorption of hormones. This helps in improving the function of the endocrine system especially the thyroid glands which are responsible for the body's metabolism. Being rich in antioxidants like lycopene, guava protects body cells from damage and reduces chances of cancer.
