Chamomile herb tea - preparation and health benefits

Chamomile is a common herb found in many gardens. It helps in curing many ailments like boosting the immune system, banishes the menstrual cramps, eases insomnia and many more. Experts prefer regular consumption of cup of chamomile tea for good health. Here is the preparation procedure of chamomile tea. A blissful cup of soothing organic chamomile tea made deliciously sweeter with honey. It's a cup that invites stillness so you are restored from sleep.
Preparation of chamomile tea:
Ingredients:
2-3 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers per cup
Hot water
Method:
• Pour hot water into a cup.
• Put the dried chamomile flowers into the above cup.
• Allow to infuse for 3 minutes.
• Strain into another cup. Use a tea strainer to catch the chamomile flowers.
• You can add honey or lemon juice to adjust the taste if desired.
• Drink it.
