Current Teega is a Tamil Remake

Manchu Manoj's Current Teega, upcoming high octane action entertainer is said to be a remake of recent Tamil superhit film Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam that features Siva Karthikeyan, Sri Divya and Sathyaraj.None other than Rocking star Manoj has confirmed the reports in his twitter interaction with fans. Jagapathi Babu will be enacting the role played by Sathyaraj in the movie, while Rakul Preet Singh will play his daughter.
Director G Nageshwar Reddy of Vishnu's Denikaina Ready has directed Current Teega with essential changes to suit Telugu audiences. Sunny Leone will do an important cameo in the movie that was done by Bindu Madhavi in the original. The audio of the film has been released recently and the songs have been received well. Achu composed the music for Current Teega and Manchu Vishnu produced the film on 24 Frames banner. Current Teega will release in the first half of October.
