Nannaku Prematho Analysis :
The first half of NannakuPrematho has all the required emotions and entertainment in the right quotient. The poetic narration along with the grand visuals make the multiplex audience fall in love with the film. The songs have been shot lavishly and RakulPreet’s glamour is the major highlight of the first half. The interesting interval episode elevates the film well enough and makes the first half of NannakuPrematho end up on an impressive note.
The second half of NannakuPrematho has real interesting moments but the slow narration and the dipped episodes make the film just ok. The mass audience will hardly find an episode to get connected to them. The logical revenge drama has not been convincing at parts and it looks faked out. The pre climax episodes catch pace but the much needed climax has not been narrated in the right way that it misses the needed feel. On the whole the second half of NannakuPrematho fails to impress big time which is most important for the film’s result
Nannaku Prematho Performance :
Young Tiger NTR’s performance need not have a special introduction. He carried the complete film on his shoulders and he has been much related to the character. His new ultra-stylish look garnered huge attention all over and he has been impressive with his looks throughout. RakulPreet Singh increased her glamour dose and she performed well in the character of an NRI girl Divya. Rajendra Prasad has been assigned an emotional character which has been limited but he manages to carry the feel throughout the movie. Rajendra Prasad has been decent as baddy in the movie and his stunning and stylish presence makes everyone impressive. All the other actors have done a decent job with their assignments.
The story of the film has a huge dose of emotions and family drama. The screenplay has been decent and so are the dialogues. Sukumar failed to write some heart touching dialogues which are really important for a film like NannakuPrematho. The music has been apt and so is the background score. The cinematography is the major highlight of NannakuPrematho and the production values have been grand and rich enough. Sukumar tried to impress with an emotional entertainer but he failed to connect it with the audience completely as he failed to add all the needed commercial ingredients in the right quotient.
Final Word:
NannakuPrematho is an emotional ride but it fails to connect the audience with the right emotions. Though the film has some decent revenge plot and terrific performances from NTR and other lead actors, NannakuPrematho will end up impressing a limited section of audience.
