Twist arises after his younger brother (Vadde Naveen) takes the lead and the rest of the movie is about what happens next. Watch Attack to know about the unfolded story.
Attack Analysis :
The first half of Attack starts on an interesting note because of the narration. Set in the backdrop of old city, the characters and the action episodes have been showcased well. Some of the arial shots in the movie have been projected quite well and the cinematography is undoubtedly the major highlight of Attack. The narration has been decent throughout the first half and the performances by the lead actors impress the audience. On the whole the complete first half has been decent and engaging.
The second half of Attack will leave everyone in surprise as the movie has nothing much to offer. The basic plot has been years old and Ram Gopal Varma has been quite confused in dealing the second half. The characters have been loosely written and some of the episodes have been faked completely. The climax is the biggest reason for the film’s debacle as the movie has been stretched too much and RGV irritated the audience revealing many unwanted things during the climax. On the whole the second half of Attack is a huge let down of the movie.
Attack Performance :
Manchu Manoj dominates the film completely with his energetic and outstanding performance. He has been stunning throughout and his performance during the action episodes has been top notch. Prakash Raj has been decent in the crisp role and Jagapathi Babu has been completely natural and he performed well. Vadde Naveen makes a perfect come back and Abhimanyu Singh’s character is the major let down for the film. Surabhi had limited screen presence and so is Poonam Kaur. All the other actors have been decent.
The story of Attack has nothing new or interesting to reveal. The same old plot has been narrated in the same old style by Ram Gopal Varma. The screenplay is the major let down as the second half of the film has been quite loose. The cinematography is the only best thing to reveal from the film and the music, background score have been just ok. The production values have been limited and Ram Gopal Varma once again fails to impress the audience.
Final Word:
Ram Gopal Varma comes out with one more routine and outdated action entertainer which has its plot written ages back and narration centuries old. A film that can be completely ignored.
