Lie Story
Lie is the story of Padmabham (Arjun), an intelligent businessman based in USA. He has a strange obsession and it is his obsession he lands into troubles. A Satyam (Nithiin) is a youngster who never speaks truth and is completely addicted to lies. He has a habit of going to any extent for his reputation. He falls in love with Chaitra (Megha Akash) who indeed falls for his sweet lies. It is during this time, Satyam finds a mysterious box and the rest of the film is all about the box and its connection with Padmanabham. Watch Lie to know about the interesting plot.
Lie Analysis :
The first half of Lie starts on an interesting note and the director manages to explain all the lead characters with perfection. Lie has been completely high on standards and it has been well executed.The love story looks completely fresh and Megha Akash is the new find of Tollywood. An interesting interval bang elevates the film and the first half of Lie looks interesting and hints of something big in the second half.
As predicted the second half has been racy, stylish and packed with action epsidoes. Nithiin and Arjun clash head to head and they performed to the peaks throughout. Lie showcases some exceptional locales of USA which the audience have never seen before. The climax is the film’s major highlight and it has been shot well. The background takes the film to the next level however the levels of entertainment come down during the second half. On the whole the second half lives up to the expectations.
Lie Performance :
Nithiin will shock the audience in a new look and with his never seen attitude. His performance along with the character of Satyam are one of the highlights. He has been exceptional in the action episodes and his makeover will be discussed for a long time. Action King Arjun has a tailor made role to play and he assigned with utmost ease. His character too has been well penned and well executed. Megha Akash has been beautiful, bubbly and sweet throughout the film. She is a great performer and will stay for long. Her chemistry with Nithiin has been striking on screen. Sriram, Ravi Kishan and Ajay played other crucial roles and they supported the film well.
The story of Lie has been completely fresh and interesting. The screenplay and the dialogues have been taken enough care and it will be visible on screen. Manisharma’s background score will be widely discussed and the songs have been shot, placed well. The cinematography strikes a chord and will take the film to the next level. 14 Reels should be appreciated for their stupendous production values. Hanu Raghavapudi has been completely successful in turning out Lie into an interesting and engaging commercial entertainer.
Final Word:
Nithiin strikes hard once again with Lie and the movie makers a strong impact in all the available ways. Arjun excelled in his role and Hanu Raghavapudi makes it big with his strong technical team.
