Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan and director Rohit Shetty had earlier teamed for the 2013 superhit Chennai Express. The latest buzz is that Rohit Shetty is all set to do a project with SRK and the talks are in progress. According to the sources, the director has approached Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to play a plum role in the film. Rohit is very keen to cast Aish alongside Shah Rukh in this film.

Aishwarya and SRK were last seen together in 2002 romantic drama ‘Devdas’. Rohit Shetty’s last film Singham Returns ended up collecting huge figures at the box-office. However Sharukh is currently busy promoting his latest film Happy New Year in US. Deepika Padukone is the heroine in Happy New Year. The film also features Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood. Happy New Year will release on October 24th. More updates about the new project soon.
