Salman confirmed for Shuddi

The hiding is over and after hell lot of discussions, Karan Johar's most ambitious project Shuddi might go to the floors soon as one of the lead is confirmed. Initially Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were supposed to feature in this film but they backed out without citing any proper reason which made Karan Johar fell in dilemma.

Then Karan contacted many heroes and heroines for lead roles but his attempts weren't that successful. However, recently Salman Khan has confirmed that he is doing Shuddi which brought ample of relief to the filmmaker. When contacted the Dabangg hero said, “I am doing a film with Mahesh Manjrekar right now. I am doing Boney Kapoor’s No Entry sequel, I am doing a film with Karan Johar and that’s Shuddhi, one with Aditya Chopra and one with Kabir Khan.”

However, the leading lady for Shuddi has not been finalised yet and Salman said Karan is busy with that task itself. Once the heroine is zeroed, Shuddi is all set to hit the sets. Till then we have to keep guessing who will be the lucky charm to romance with this Being Human actor.
