Tanu Weds Manu Returns New Record

Talented director Anand L Rai who is known for his versatile narration has scored super hits with movies like Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhana in the past. He has recently come up with the sequel of Tanu Weds Manu and the movie has been titled as Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan played the main leads in the film that released last month all over. The movie ended as a massive hit and collected huge money in the first week. Tanu Weds Manu Returns marked the first woman centric film to cross Rs 100 crore mark in Indian cinema.

This film revolves around Tanu and Manu’s life after four years of their marriage. Kangana’s double role has specially been appreciated for her tremendous acting performance. Tanu Weds Manu Returns now crossed Rs 150 crore mark at the Indian box-office. Made on a limited budget the movie has earned huge money and Kangana’s performance has been well appreciated by the audience. This movie marked the first Bollywood movie to cross Rs 150 crore mark in 2015. The movie has been produced by Krishika Lulla and Anand L Rai on Colour Yellow Pictures. Eros International distributed the movie all over the world.
